§ 11-19. Zoning restrictions.

The restrictions of the Building Zone Ordinance shall not be deemed to be modified by any provisions of this chapter, and such restrictions shall be controlling except insofar as this chapter imposes greater restrictions by reason of the type of construction used, in which case the provisions of this chapter shall control.
