Chapter 11. Building, Demolition, Grading and Drainage

§ 11-5. Duration of permit.

Latest version.

A duly issued building, drainage or grading permit shall, remain in force under the conditions applicable at the date of issuance but shall become null and void under the conditions specified in the Building Code unless the foundation has been completed and construction has been commenced within the time specified in the Building Code.
