§ 39-1. Requirements for vehicles transporting garbage.

No person shall operate a vehicle in the business of transporting rubbish or garbage over any highway in the Village unless the load or partial load shall be covered with a canvas or other equally firm covering securely attached to the vehicle, except that such cover may be removed during the process of loading or unloading the vehicle.
