§ 77-2. Playground requirements.

A.
All developments shall provide for a playground, if required by the Board of Trustees, and such playground shall be reserved for the benefit of those residing in said development and no one else.

B.
If the owners of the land in such development wish to form an association, a deed shall be given to said association of said playground for the residents of the development.
