§ 77-8. SEQRA regulations for erosion and sediment control and stormwater management.

Pursuant to Section 617.5(c)(20) and 617.5(c)(27) of 6 NYCRR, the SEQRA regulations, this action is a Type II action which will have no significant impact on the environment and for which no further action is required pursuant to SEQRA.
