§ 84-6.2. Penalties for offenses.

  • Each offense against the provisions of this chapter or article shall constitute a violation pursuant to the Penal Law of the State of New York and shall be punishable as such. Any person, firm, corporation, or other legal entity violating any provision of this chapter or article shall be liable for and pay a fine of $25 for a conviction on each offense in addition to an administrative fee as follows:
    A. 
    If the fine is paid within 30 days from the date of conviction, there shall be no administrative fee.
    B. 
    If the fine is paid between 31 and 60 days after the date of conviction, the violator shall pay an administrative fee in the amount $25, or a total of $50.
    C. 
    If the fine is paid more than 60 days after the date of conviction, the violator shall pay an administrative fee in the amount $50, or a total of $75.
