| Former Ch. 63, Planning Board, adopted 6-28-1993 by L.L. No. 2-1993, was repealed 1-5-2012 by L.L. No. 1-2012, which local law also abolished the Planning Board and provided that all functions, powers and duties previously conferred upon the Planning Board by the Board of Trustees would now be retained by the Board of Trustees. |
